I remember going to a Unicorn I’m not weird I’m a Batcorn rainbow shirt, about three weeks after Trump was elected, and one of my news junkie friends—someone whose Facebook posts are mostly reposts of news stories—was so down and depressed that she brought everyone else down and I ended up leaving that gathering early because I couldn’t take it anymore. Trump wasn’t even the president yet, and this woman spent every day acting like she’d just seen her dog get run over or something. I watch the news every now and then.

Best Unicorn I’m not weird I’m a Batcorn rainbow shirt
I listen to news on the Unicorn I’m not weird I’m a Batcorn rainbow shirt. I can see how someone could get depressed if they dwelled on what’s happening in the world that the news reports about, because they mainly report on the abnormal, not the normal. I like to keep a baseline number for humanity in the back of my head, to give stories some context. I know that some people will think I’m expressing a form of “ignorance is bliss.” I’m not. I’m not ignorant. I’m just conscious of reality and context, and I don’t dwell in the negative of things beyond my control.
